Your duty

Your obligation as an operator

If you place one of the seven EUDR commodities or derived products on the EU market, you are an operator. You must submit a Due Diligence Statement (DDS) to the EU Information System before 30 December 2026. That DDS requires you to demonstrate that your suppliers sourced the commodities from plots that were not deforested after 31 December 2020.

Request

How you request this from suppliers

Through verified.supply you invite your suppliers to the EUDR module. Each supplier records which commodities they use, from which country, from which plots (GPS) and adds their deforestation-free declaration. You see the readiness score per supplier: green (fully declared), orange (partial), red (not started).

To your DDS

From supplier data to your DDS

verified.supply generates an export file with all commodities, countries of origin and declarations — ready to upload to the EU Information System as soon as it goes live (Q1 2027).

DEADLINE

30 December 2026

Large and medium operators must then be able to submit their first Due Diligence Statement. Companies that collect their suppliers' origin data now are ready as soon as the EU Information System goes live.
