What the EUDR asks of you
Does the EUDR apply to me?
The EUDR applies to companies placing beef, cocoa, coffee, palm oil, rubber, soy or wood — or derived products such as leather, chocolate, furniture and paper — on the EU market. A wood processor, furniture maker or food producer? Then it applies to you. The wizard starts with a sector check that determines this automatically.
What you need to provide
GPS coordinates of the plots where your commodities were harvested, evidence that those plots were not deforested after 31 December 2020, and a Due Diligence Statement (DDS). Small and micro operators follow a simplified procedure: a one-off declaration per commodity is sometimes enough.
What your client asks of you
Your CSRD-obligated client must report on its upstream deforestation risk. They need the commodities you use, the country of origin, and your deforestation-free declaration with evidence — verified.supply stores that data in a structured way and delivers it automatically on a client request.

Large and medium operators must be able to submit their first Due Diligence Statement by then. Small and micro operators have until 30 June 2027. Companies that record the origin of their commodities now are ready as soon as the EU Information System goes live (expected Q1 2027).
