Signed, and for which year
The declarations free of forced and child labour, the Modern Slavery Statement, the grievance mechanism and the high-risk country analysis — with the signatory's name and date, per reporting year.
Filled in, and how completely
The completion percentage of the VS profile per reporting year, so you can see which supplier has their sustainability data complete and where something is still missing.
You ask once, the supplier keeps it up to date
Every supplier maintains their certificates and declarations in their own account. So you see today's status, not a PDF from eighteen months ago that someone once forwarded. The supplier sees which clients have access and can withdraw that sharing at any moment — what appears in your overview is therefore always data the supplier deliberately released.
