Who we are

verified.supply is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Questions can be sent to hallo@verified.supply.

What data we collect

When you create an account we store your email address, preferred language and the details you enter yourself (company data and sustainability data) in our database (Neon.tech, EU Central – Frankfurt). Login links and other transactional email are sent via Resend. We do not process any sensitive personal data.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to analyse website usage. These cookies are only set after you consent via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the stored preference in your browser.

Legal basis

We process account data to perform our agreement with you — without an email address we cannot send you a login link or maintain your profile. Analytics cookies are processed solely based on your explicit consent.

Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account from the account settings, we delete your data immediately. Login links expire after 15 minutes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and the right to object to processing. Contact us at hallo@verified.supply. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
