How to share your VSME profile with clients: proposals, email and QR code

Completing your VSME profile is half the work. The other half is making sure your clients actually see it — without you having to resend a file every time someone asks.

There are three practical ways to share your VSME profile, each suited to a different situation.

Via a direct link in your proposal

The simplest method. Your verified.supply profile has a permanent public URL: verified.supply/b/your-company-name. Add this URL to your standard proposal template, alongside your company details.

When a client opens the proposal, they click the link and see your current VSME data directly — including the date of last update. No attachment, no outdated PDF, no manual action required on your part.

The data is always current. When you update your profile (annually, with new financial year data), every client visiting the link automatically sees the new version.

Via a QR code on letterhead or company presentation

For situations where you're not sending a digital proposal — a tender document, company presentation, or product catalogue — a QR code is the answer.

Your verified.supply dashboard automatically generates a branded QR code: navy modules, green corners, logo in the centre. Download it as PNG or SVG and place it on your letterhead, the last page of your company presentation, your product catalogue, or as a badge on your website.

Anyone who scans the code lands directly on your public VSME profile page.

Via automatic delivery on request

The most professional method, designed for when multiple clients are requesting sustainability data.

A client sends you a request link through the platform. You receive a notification, approve the request with one click, and the system automatically delivers your VSME data in the format the client needs — including audit trail, calculation documentation, and verification code.

For the client: primary data, directly importable into their CSRD reporting tool. For you: five minutes of work instead of two hours per request.

Which method for which situation

Proposal or tender document → direct link in the text. Physical document, catalogue or letterhead → QR code. Formal request from a large CSRD-reporting client → automatic delivery via the platform.

All three can be combined. The public profile page is always accessible, the QR code links to it, and automatic delivery uses the same underlying data.
